I didn't want a realtor who thinks they know everything about this particular unit.....the reason ......I didn't want to be told I was being unrealistic with the price...that could have been detrimental to the both of us. Theres nothing like dreaming for a certain price and getting it and that's what happened......and you were my perfect realtor.
You are honest,truthful,respectful and considerate of all parties needs.You also worked very hard to put it all together. So, my kudos to you....you did it for me and were excellent in every respect.
